Header Modifications

Hello,

I would like someone to edit my current header to look like this:

I believe this can be accomplished by making the header image a bit shorter in length and add a right, top aligned table to the right of the entire header (put a new table within the table that has the header bg)...

I would like the advertisement to be managed by PHPnukes advertisment module.

If there is also a way to make it so only guest see the ad, then that would be even better.
