I run a website for a game called Championship Manager. A new version of the games is coming on in the next couple of days so i through it was time for an update. I need a theme making for the site.
I need the theme to be user friendly, easy to use and a little graphical. It would be even better if the them came with a matching forum. I don't have a lot of money as the site is non-profitable and i'm only at college.
