Search the forums on this - the error doesn't exist in the sql_layer, but in the file that you are calling from - its looking for something in the database that doesn't exist - like calling a fieldname that isn't there.
This happens a LOT between files upgraded from 6.0 to 6.5 - what module are you posting this from, what version of nuke are you using, and have you upgraded recently?

my PHP-Nuke is 6.5 i haven't downloaded any upgrades for it, and this error appear in FriendFinder 2.12 module when i put a bug fix called your_accountFF which make the reg. to youraccount and friendfinder one.
What to add in the code to show me more about the error and then tell you.
