I am the Director of a non-profit, voluntary organisation bevoted to helping the security officers of the British security industry.
I'm looking for anyone who can help me develop a small databsse for recording stolen motor vehicles information as part of an initiative we are setting up with regional police forces throughout the UK.
I will only need about 6 fields in the table, though they should all be searchable and it does not matter whether it is incorporated within the PHPNuke framework (but would be nice as a user restriction method).
I'm a complete noob but would be willing to 'have-a-go' if anyone can point me in the right direction.

So you simply want a table or an entire database?

Wow, I cannot believe it has been so long since I visited this excellent forum (work pressure).
One table with 6 or so fields would do it, but I also need a way to input the data via a web page, view and sort the data via a web page and restrict access to the database.
If integration was not possible with NukePHP (perhaps as a module) I would need a way to hard code the Admin so only the Admin can enter details into the database via a web page but was world viewable, pre-sorted by registration number. The facility for the Admin to sort via other fields would be advantageous as we could then draw statistics on which make or model of vehicle was most commonly stolen etc.
