Hi, All nukers

I try to change some layouts and got a problem.

1. If blocks folder is removed, layout is okay.
2. When blocks folder is in html, layout is distorted.
about 3cm height bar on the top of news(message block) comes out and this makes the page distorted.

Anybody know where I can fix this matter?
