When I enter the index.php I only see the top menu, the left menu and a: Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home/solle/public_html/adtk/html/blocks/block-Who_is_Online.php on line 35

that line says: $who_online_num = $guest_online_num + $member_online_num;

what's wrong with it?

this is only a stab in the dark, but it might be cause Safe mode is enabled in php.ini

The warning you got is cause there's a security hole in the MySQL version your host uses. You might want to email them to let them know there's a more secure update available

The who's online block will not work with old php versions so disable it.

We were on 4.2.3 until recently. However, you do have safe mode enabled as AI mentioned, plus why do you have nuke_bbtopics and no other phpbb port tables?

I don't have an answer to that but would advise against it as older versions are susceptible to heinous security breaches.
