Just in planning stage now, but asking for estimates.
Wish to modify PHP Nuke so that members can pay to become a PAID Member. A PAID member then has another icon in the Your_Account area.
This icon allows the member to have a simple sub-domain, not much more than a single HTML page, and an image sub-directory.
I would like them to have tools to create the page similar to posting in a forum, and the ability to edit at any time.
Also ability to upload images into their image sub-directory. Of course I want to insure that they can not upload a virus.
Also a choice of themes.
Once created, (if possible) the page would need to be pure HTML, avoiding calls to the server.
I would pay for the development, but be willing to allow the programmer to have rights to the hack, if they want to distribute it for free. Since it is a way for webmasters to earn money, it is possible that it could be sold. If the programmer wants to sell it, I would want a small percentage to pay me back for development costs.

Yes, I know that the hacks exist. I could probably figure out how to do it myself, but I am too busy. I was hoping that someone would be willing to do the work and give me an estimate.
Since there is virtually no response, I guess that indicates that this is not the right place to post projects of this nature.
I have decided to drop the project for now, and later just modify a module or two to do the job.
This is actually just part of a larger project that could pay off quite well. The estimated cost of the whole site is about $3000 if I hire others to do the programming.
