Can somebody give me a hand and tell me how I can add an image to the area in the center just below my header right above the opening page message? for example on NukeCops it would be just above the useful tools message and just below the snaps, pn-ax, DLs links I would like to run an ad image in this place but only want it to show on the index/home page of my site. I am using the DarkBlue theme on my site. Thanks for any help
