Help Modifying the Headers in Blocks

Can anyone help me modify the headers that show in each block on my site...

I am currently using a modified version of kaput for my theme.

I have seen some different websites that have added flash to the headers of their blocks, and would like to do something like this, however I am not sure which files to insert the code...

Modify theme.php of the theme you want changing.
i.e. look for

Beside changing the code in theme.php to fix a link problem like the kaput them header missing an 's'. Is there any other way by just going to the administration menu and edit it? It seems strange that everything else is customizable but the theme header part.
