Posts not counting towards post count

Is it possible to make a forum where posts do not count towards Post Count?

I've installed it but i keep getting an error message when changing whether i want post count enabled or not. It goes something like this:

SQL Error : 1054 Unknown column 'count_posts' in 'field list'

UPDATE nuke_bbforums SET forum_name = 'GWUK Clan', cat_id = 3, forum_desc = 'If you want to join our clan, post the name of the game here and well arrange a time and date when we will ''test'' you', forum_status = 0, prune_enable = 0, count_posts = 1 WHERE forum_id = 25
