Looks like mikem had fun with the gradient fill and texture fill tools. Smile

I am still having to scroll to the right to see the whole page.
This occurs from my Win 800x600 res IE browser.
I have tried all 4 themes available but they all have this issue.
I uploaded a new screen shot today that shows what we see with 800x600.
Maybe if there was a theme with 100% width instead of actual pixel widths,
that would help those of us with this problem. Smile
The problem seems to stem from the nukecops logo and banner image.
The width of the logo 380 pixels plus a banner width 468 pixels = 848 pixels.
Once the logo width is resized to under 332 pixels, the problem should go away.
Disclaimer: I am not a graphics wiz at all, just basing this on the numbers Smile

that is exactly why putting the banner to the right of the logo usually breaks the screen at 800x600. Confused
A lot of people prefer that location for the logo, however.

To alleviate the problem, the logo could probably be made a little "shorter" width reduced, and banners that are displayed in the header would need to have a MAX specified width size to be on your site.
Basically you need to get the max header width down below 800px.

It's not really a theme problem, it's a user preference. The logo is made by the users of most themes and they an specify the width. As for the banners, they(site admin) would need to regulate the width size they allow.

Hey, I just gave a great tip Wink

Still having to scroll left/right on every page Sad
Alot of us use 800x600 and if your banners are 468px wide
then your logo has to be less than 332px wide.
Every theme has a logo greater than 332px wide.
Can you fix just 1 theme so we don't have to scroll left/right please ?

bummer, no Sad
i uploaded my screen shot, it's called NClogo300px.gif.
the problem must be the width of the content of the center or the footer ?
do you have access to an 800x600 to see too?

bah...OK I think the Main page problem is because some of the News Itmes have long titles. And that News Title table doesn't wrap the text. Not much we can do about that. BUT in the Forums, I think the problem is the links all across the top of the Forums, they don't wrap. We can do somethign about that. How does the rest of the site turn out? I changed my resolution to 800x but it helps me to jut run at 1024x768 and then resize my window and make it smaller to see hwat is causeing the scroll bars....little trick Smile

i see what you mean about news titles, hmmm.
i haven't looked at the code but you can't wrap that after x characters
or limit title to x characters?
maybe that's just not worth the effort.
the rest of the site still looks the same, no change.
it would be helpful if you could see what a 800x600 screen looks like.
for kicks i wonder what a DeepBlue theme would look like here with your 300px logo ? probably the same. oh well, never mind.
