www.smnclan.net. At the bottom right hand corner you will see my footer underneath my last block. How do I get it centered. I searched through 400 results on footers and it seems im the only one who has had this problem. Also while I am here and you are answering that one how can i change the black background to something else?

hmm..that is a theme problem. I would guess you are missing a closing html tag in your blocks.html file. Or a closing html tag in your theme.php file under the function sideblock. Depends on the type of theme files you have...
changing the bg color of your theme is more than likely found in the themes/YOURTHEME/style/style.css file
