admin.php + forums

Hi Guys!

I have an interessting problem for you.
PHP-Nuke Version 6.9
mainfile is edited, bbconfig gzip is turned 0, admin/page_header_admin.php is the ob_gzhandler removed

BUT ... I can´t Access the bb admin-area.... every time i try it via /admin.php?op=forums i get the chance to download an index.php (if i look into it, its garbled) ....

what did i miss? what did i do wrong?

nope.... the config files are in the default places
