I realize that the theme contains 3 headers ... how can i use the header.html ??... i don't like to deal with 2 files ....
what code i have to edit in theme.php ?

You can't(well you can but it will look all broke). As of now, the header.html file has not been adapted for the theme. Thus the creation of the two header files instead.
Let's just hope disgruntledtech pops in here and gives you some insite...
but it will be possible to see just 1 header file being used for this theme? or we have to expect that the future theme will be with 2 headers , blocks , story_home eccetera
