I clicked on the Staff Online link in Navtap and it brings up this message:

Template->make_filename(): Error - file themes/fiblack3d/forums/staff_body.tpl does not exist

Can I simply lift this file form the fisubsilversh theme and place it in the theme that's missing this file?

Also, what exactly are all these tpl files anyway?
