Is the disgruntledtech's Cobalt-revised on the "coming soon" list or is it already available for download. It doesnt say.

in this case, the theme is already available on my site (since NM closed) but mike was polishing it up for me before the NM close and including all the extras you've come to expect from a nukemods theme
