How come the blocks in the right hand side doesn't show up?

when i click on downloads, it will show the download in the center, then the right blocks will appear in the right hand side.
but when i click on topic, or my account, the right blocks will disappear.

any idea what's wrong?

search a module's index.php that shows the right blocks for a function call that's something along the lines of rightblocks();

just add that line as it appears in that module to whatever modules u want it to appear in - this won't work for the phpBB forums.
