small bug in fiapplegreen

I misspelled the
themes/fiapplegreen/images/rightbar.gif
Please rename it to fix the problem with it not displaying in Surveys and Statsistics pages.
The theme pack has been updated.

yup should be green, but it is displayed as blue Smile
