Ever since I upgraded, all HTML code in both the posts and the signatures just show up as code.
They are both enabled in the admin configuration.
Is there a way to fix this?

Try this in the Forum Admin Configuration settings add this line to the Allowed HTML tags line.
url,url=,IMG,img:,embed src,embed,b,i,u,pre,img
I found that it doesnt recognize some due to capitalizations or how its written. This works for me.
