Each time I choose one of this I get: "File Not Found: The requested URL was not found on this server."!!!
How is this possible? Where did I the mistake? ...these files aren't in the "NC_PHP-Nuke_6.5.tar" package!
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Those are not actual files, you may have installed the NC Bundle instead of BBtoNuke, replace header.php and footer.php with ones from a newly downloaded PHP-Nuke tar that matches the version you are using.
