What version of Nuke?
Did you change your theme in your User account or the Default theme for the whole site?
Either way you can change it back by manually editiing your database.
The default theme for your site is stored in
$prefix_config
And you user Theme would be stored in
$prefix_users table under you Username.

version 6.0 and it was changed in the default setup fot the site.

I think there is a fixtheme download on site just for this problem by chatserv.
