Helius theme - footer

i am useing the Helius theme which came with the bundle without any modification

in the forum pages the footers are out of the body table border.
and in the outer pages its within the body table border.

on another post you told me how to get the footer within the body table border.
but what about gettion it out of the table brder in all the pages.

and is it possible to, say to keep the 1st footer within the body table and the rest out of it?
