I know this has been addressed many times in here. I have changed the edited the your_account index file as instructed. I have changed my htaccess file to allow output buffering. I cannot find the your account tweak at nuke scripts.

I would appreciate help even though I know this has been addressed many times.

[register_globals] => Array
(
[global_value] => 1
[local_value] => 1
[access] => 6
)

Does the value 1 signify it's on?

Are there any other suggestions? Do I have the register_globals set correctly?

Still reading the forums in search for a solution. The your_Account index modifications are for IIS only I understand, so I have reverted back to my orgininal file. Output buffering and register globals are on. Would the next logical step be to add the output buffering line to the main.php file?

No. Once it's on in .htaccess it's on forever.

I was able to log in with the users name and password on my computer. Does this mean there is something wrong with their settings on their end?

You never explained that this was an isolated case. So, I have been addressing this as if it was for all users on your site! This makes a BIG difference. They probably aren't allowing cookies to be saved and so the system never knows that there is a user on line.

I had them check there cookie settings and they are normal. Sorry I didn't mention that I was working on a single case Raven. This is the only one I know of thus far.

It is cookie related, regardless. Have them flush their cache, delete their cookies, and try this. Also try having them put this site (your site) address in their trusted sites list and lowering security and privacy to zero to login and post. This shoud allow the cookie in and they'll then be able to take their security back to normal once it's accepted the cookie.
