Greetings all,

I am new to PostNuke and really like what I have seen and the support that I have been getting via nukecops.com. My question is as follows.

My site is going to be dedicated to a shard for the online game of Ultima Online. What I would like to know is, Are there any Themes, mods, blocks basically anything that has/have already been created for such a site?

I am one that believes that you should not try to reinvent the wheel if one exists... If one does could you please provide me with possibly a link or where I can see what has been done. If they do not exist could anyone please provide me some help in creating such a site...

my site is http://www.uhws.net

I greatly appreciate your assistance.

Regards,

I am a bit confused here, i'm not sure about the others here, but i only offer help with PHP-Nuke, not PostNuke.

Yeah, and your site is a PHP-NUke site. Not a post (L7).

No offense, but I'd leave the helmet on just a bit longer.

ArtificialIntel & Chatserv, Please forgive me for misspeaking when I typed my question. I did not mean any disrespect to anyone within the Nuke realm. I did not mean to type

. I mean't to type PHP-Nuke since that is what I am using and I do not plan on switching espically with all the support and wonderful ideas everyone has.

I really appreciate all the assistance you and Zhen-Xjell have provided to me from the begining.

What I am looking for is a way to incorporate what is available or can be created to make my site a grand experience for the players of our game. If you all can not assist I do understand.

Once again please pardon my mistype...

Regards,

Just to add one more thing to the ones that responded as guests, I thought that we were able to utilize the code, graphics, etc.. that has/have been published within the forums or else where as long as you do not try to take credit for it... I found those images and thought they were grand so I utilized them... If the one that created them does not wish for me to use them so be it I shall remove them..

I do wish to provide as much credit to the ones that help me with anything that I do, so I have included a link for ComputerCops, I shall have one for NukeCops, PHP-Nuke.org and a few others as well...

No offence intended...

Regards,

there isn't such a theme to my knowledge that has been written specifically for Ultima Online. However, I don't see much modding involved for one of the (awfull in my opinion) dark themes and a few image changes to make it an ultima online theme.

Hey Boss. You need to toughen up. The world of nuke can seem a little "big" at times and you’re expected to already understand and adhere to proper etiquette.

Generally speaking, all graphics and content are copyright, even without the copyright notice being explicitly posted. If you want to utilize anthers work, most of the time a simple written request is all that needs to be made.

Stick it out buddy... Nuke needs you!

Thank you for your responses, I understand now what is expected for use of any images that have been posted in the forums and such.. I do have a thick skin but I am very new to PHP-Nuke and have found it a bit confusing here and there, but the support that I have received from these forums has been grand.

As for a Dark Theme, yes that is what I have now but I am trying to find something in between, I have quiet a few ideas as to what I would like to have incorporated within the site but not sure as to where to beging with the process. I have seen so many Mods etc... out there but many of them do not work with v6.5 r7 (I know it is a beta and not a full release yet) but I do find it a grand product.

I also know what I want to do is not as simple as point and click and I need to learn the program side of things. That is what I have been doing since I started this project.

Any whoo... Once again thanks,
