What is the folder name you are uploading? It can not contain any spaces.

Some things to check.

- Make sure that the folder MS_Analysis has permissions set to 755.
- Make sure that the name only contains 1 _ and not __ (MS_Analysis instead of MS__Analysis)
- Make sure that the folder MS_Analysis has a file called index.php and that the permissions are 644.

Check your modules database table, it should have 6 fields: mid, title, custom_title, active, view and inmenu. If it has less or more that's your problem, most likely you have an additional one called mcid, delete it.

Upload modules.php, block-modules.php and admin/modules/modules.php from a default Nuke download of the version you have.
