How to Rebuild nuke_bbuser_group ?

I messed these settings up using myphpadmin tool and now i need to fix it but i dont know the sql command to get it to rebuild this file. I cant login into my forum board after switching to the port and i need to rebuild this in order to hopefully get back in.

Copy the create table and include lines for that table from any recent backup you have and paste them into phpMyAdmin's query window, click go and your table should once again be there.

I dont have a backup that has that table in it. The backup i did was after i had already messed with that table.
