I am trying to install a block, I uploaded the files to the Blocks folder, I go to the blocks adminstration menu and it is not there. Can someone help me get it working? Thanks!

When you say it is not there, do you mean it does not appear in th Filename drop down box?

Site>Admin Section>Blocks> Scroll down until you see a drop down called "Filename"> Then look for the "block_whatever.php" you just uploaded> Check where you want it positioned> Activate? yes> Refresh time> Who can view this> Click on "Create Block"

your blocks you upload via FTP will not be listed as a block until you add it that way. Make sure to activate it as well.

Hope this helps
Good luck!!

I figured out the problem. It was the file name had an _ instead of an -. But now. the content in the block is empty. I had someone else code it, and I am not sure why it is blank. I could send some one the code to check it if they would like.... Thanks!
