I was wondering when i click download this media in My_eGallery why it says

Sorry, the file you requested doesn't exists!

where do i have to put my .zip file to make it work?

erm..... erm...... pass. I've never used Zip files on my site and they've worked fine.

Remind me, Which nuke version, and My_eGallery version r u using???

Let's say you had a PHP-Nuke album and on it you had several screenshots of addons, let's now say one addon is called guestbook, the procedure would be the following:
This guestbook addon's screenshot would be called something like guestbook.jpg and it would be located in modules/My_eGallery/gallery/PHP-Nuke
so to offer the actual addon for download you'd create a guestbook.zip and upload it to that folder, then it would be available, as long as you name the zip exactly like the image (without the .jpg, .gif, etc extension of course) it will work.
