2 of the modules I have put into the Modules folder are not appearing, (MS_Topsites and MS_Analysis) in the Modules admin section,
Does anyone have a clue why?

seems that sometimes i have this problem, i just go into the modules line in my sql (in phpmyadmin) and add in the module names and use atributes of an inactive one and then it seems to work. let me know if this helps
