I downloaded it to include it here, can you provide a short description of what it fixes? I take it it's for Nuke 6.0 w/ BBtoNuke 2.0.6 as the newer ports don't use subSilver, only its admin section.

It fixes the problem with small themes without a matching forumtheme where the forumtheme is the standard subSilver and where the forum is expanded larger then the header and the footer of nuke.
The fix was simple, in the menu stuff of subSilver wich causes this expanding i have put a <br> so the subSilver menu is put in 2 lines so it isn't to large anymiore for small themes so the forumtheme doesn't expand anymore.
You can test it with the Milo theme released with nuke, then you'll see the two differences

i used the your overal header.tpl file ....the forum beginings all look nice and tidy with the 780pixel width...but when i go into to read an actual post...boom it goes ultrawide....
iam using 1024x768 and still cant see the right side of the forum.
