This is going to soudn stupid but when a new user signs up and they receive there confermation email it says. from: webmater@yoursite.com and Welcome to PHP-Nuke Powered Site! Where do I change those settings?

I believe those are set in your config.php file

Go into Preferences in the Administration section and change them there.
