well, it seems like my forums aren't properly keeping track of when/how many edits have been made to a post. the fields are in the database, and AFAIK, the code is in all the right spots. anyone else with this issue?

The edit line will not appear unless another post is made AFTER it (reply). The assumption is that you can edit it as many times as you want BEFORE any replies are made. Try editing a post that has a reply under it. You should then see the EDIT message.
