Ok. I am completely remaking a friends site, taking her from normal HTML to a more adaptive PHPNuke site However, I have come across a problem or two recreating her layout in PHPNuke. Take a look at the difference's below and I will point out what I mean
Now, as you can see, I haven't figure out how to make that "Navigation" image appear beside the news and extend down the side like that without it repeating. Also, that annoying blue ring around the layout should be white. Oh, and I want to be rid of the space between the top of the layout and the top of the page and the same for the bottom.
Anyone able to help me out?

Ok, actually, I fixed the little blue thing going around the layout. However, the navigation image I don't know how to do, lol, or if it is possible.

The first link is not showing the Navigation image you're talking about..Not sure what you mean.
