it's already uploaded. See where it says "Upload Avatar" at the bottom??? that's where you've got to enter the location of the avatar u wnat to upload, then when u click submit, it'll get uploaded.
if I get the same url on my site I have the password error

It is still in beta 5 I believe.
You can go to Forum Administration, Configuration and select the 2 options for Upload Avatar from machine or Link to Offsite avatar. They are turned off by default.
Once turned on, then you will have those options on your Forum Edit Profile page.
