Have you intentionally deleted the required copyright notice or is that, too, a part of the problem?

I didnt delete anything regarding copyrights.. i made it.. well not the nuke. but the design yes.. the problem is the lower part where the footer is.. the bottom logo is placed to the right and the mid is well.. not right.. its all at 100% but it seems i did something wrong with the last bit, the banners placed to the right of the blocks not at the bottom of the page....

The reason I ask is two-fold. Number one, even if you made the theme, the copyright notice is required by the author for the use of the CMS, not your theme. I'm not here to get into that discussion with you, although we do encourage you and others to abide by his wishes and requirements.

Second reason, if you had been trying to display it and it wasn't working, that could point to another area (config table) for a possible solution.

Sure, but the system handles it automatically if you just include the footnote Wink in the config.

I'm sure you have, but I'll just mention it anyway, check how DeepBlue or Kaput handles it. That may give some guidance.

I place a KISGB logo at the bottom of my page. Is that not what you mean? I just include the image and anchor tag in one of the footnote fields in preferences and let the system handle it. Would that work for you?

Great minds think alike.. yeah i just did the same thing.. Prob is that the messages for copyright still stay. and its to the right of the blocks no bottom.. Twisted Evil .. its got to be something in the layout. what file does phpnuke read first to know where to place the header footer story so forth...

GUNS LOADED.. foot in sight..

You should just be calling footer.php. it handles it all. I still think you may have a misplaced TD tag, but I'm not sure.
