Well! the only way that I was able to get rid of the "Cannot Add Header Information...etc." is by upgrading PHP to Version 4.3...
I do not know if it will work for you...

I doubt it will Mark, cause he's using Nuke 6.0.

The php 4.3 upgrade fixed the problem in nuke 6.5.

Nuke 6.0 will have more problems than that if u upgrade to 4.3.
