Issues encounted after installing beta 6....

Thank you very much... I am in the process of adding the table...

I have another little issue right now with another test install of post-nuke. I installed the Idiots Guide and now I can not get to the index.php it wants to go to the index_s.php all the time.. I have tried chaning the name but that does not work...

I have corrected the other issues but now I am experiencing the following issues.

1. When I try to launch the community link I get the below error.
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/uhws/www/www/includes/sql_layer.php on line 286

2. I am still getting the following error when I click on the home link.

There is a big problem here: we do not have a Homepage!!!

[ Add a Module in your Home ]

I am also experiencing a few other bugs but I will wait to correct these first.

1. Find all references to fetch_row and change to fetchrow

2. the fix is elsewhere in the forums. but the easiest way is to go into the admin panel modules section, and select News and click "Show in Home"

3. what other bugs?

Thank you for the quick response. I will make the chages for the community issue. As for the home page issue.. I have set the News to my home quiet a few times but that does not work or possibly keep it. It is called "put in home" correct?

yeah, that's right.

Try using phpMyAdmin to manually add it to the $prefix_main database.

As for adding that modification to the $prefix_main database, I can not find that database in myPHP Admin...

I will keep searching..

Actually your $prefix is "nuke". You can check by looking at analyze under config.php table. So look for nuke_main and set the value to "News".

I thought I did this correct but this is what I see now is myPHP Admin now..

SQL-query : [Edit] [Explain SQL] [Create PHP Code]

main_module
Edit Delete "News"

I am sorry to say that it all went poof... I will be starting from scratch. I will be doing a complete refresh... I think I had too many things going on at one time..

I will start a new thread once I start again..
