Hi all
Suddenly my website ( nuke 7.4 ) display question marks instead of letters and characters ??????
My website has a special characters ( Urdu ,Hebrew , Arabic ...etc ) its not in any latin language
The database tables like the one nuke_topics and nuke_stories also display question marks instead of the letters

any suggestions ???
