I am searching for a module that will allow a new visitor to a website to fill out a form, and have that form submitted as a new post on a specific forum. The use will be to allow people to apply to the guild (without registering on the website) and have that application generate a thread for officers to view/comment. I can see where this might be a spam tool and get abused but I'm not sure how to avoid that either.
I found one that looked like it did what I wanted called "The_1_U_Fear[9DM]'s Form to post/poll/pm/email addon" but it was for phpBB and apparently I'm not smart enough to make it work as a phpNuke module. he contact information and website given in the readme are no longer valid.
Any ideas?

Bumping and changing the name to get a little more attention. It's been a couple days.
To recap though I just need to know how to make an anonymous post into a forum. If someone had a "hello world" page that would insert text as a new post in a given forum I could figure the rest out (I think). I'm just not sure of the mechanism to make a new post.

I'm not sure there is an easy way to do this, esp since phpBB makes it rather difficult for anonymous posts. You could enable guest posting and try some automated system (the way spammers use), but I don't know if you'd be inviting more spam that way.

Thanks for the reply.
My thinking was that there is a series of SQL inserts that make a new post, and that such a posting could be made through direct SQL (vial a web page of course). That way it could be configured to only allow POST events from the proper referring form.
