Hello all, I have searched, but can't find a thread that answers my question.
I have a issue with my top banners, they won't display! I am using a 3rd party theme could this be the issue? How can I resolve this without changing the theme?

The actual displaying of the banner is the job of the theme. Not every theme is set up to use them. If you post the theme.php file here I will take a look and confirm this.
