Hi all, I'm fairly new to web design and was wondering if anyone can help with the following:
Contact us module. Is there a module similar to the standard module contact us module that will allow the end user to specify where the email goes? For example: I have a team of people behind the running of my club and wanted the end user to specify which team member receives the form results? I have searched but can find anything like this.
Also designing forms to be integrated into Nuke PHP: I want to design a form that will email the results to specific email addresses. I am a complete noob and haven't a clue where to start!
Many thanks
Daniel. |

Most contact forms you can specifiy the email you want it to be sent to. I have 2 contact modules on my site for download, just register and take them and give them a try.Contact plus would be your best one.

as for the forms why don't you use a newsletter type module to send all your results and stats or ect.. I think there might be one with nuke if not I will upload one to my site. |

Hi Moviman, thank you for the advice much appreciated!
I didn't follow you with regards to the news letter module. I already have one installed for us to send news to the members of the club. What I want is to set-up an application form for press to apply for press accreditation and for application forms for our events.
I have registered with an account on your site, but I am having trouble finalising the application. I am presented with a blank screen. |

Ha, don't know what was wrong yesterday. I have created a log in to your site, but when I attempted to down the file you recommended I get the following message:
"Contact Plus 2.2 was not found on the server. It has been automatically 'Reported Broken' to the Webmaster for review. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and we'll look into the report as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience." |

No problem. I have it installed and working as planned. Thank you very much for your time in helping me with this, it's greatly appreciated.
Do you know of a module that will create forms for you that will send the results directly to email? |
