i am running phpnuke 7.8 with all updated patches and all that stuff. i recently installed devilz mod Email on new topic. Well, after installing this i have noticed that when someone replies to a topic that emails are not being sent. i am pretty confident that the installation of devils mod email on new topic is the problem. and yes i have my "Always notify me of replies:" Turned on which is supposed to send an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in.
the error says,

I don't know this mod, but I don't see that line in my includes/functions_post.php file. Please post the code on and around like 584 there in your file

Ok. New problem, i thought this would fix it. I don't see any errors anymore but i still do not get email notifications when someone replies to topics. I totally uninstalled devilz mod and still doesnt work. the following is my functions_post.php
