Profile.php error?

Greetings everyone. I've had an error on my board for quite awhile where
whenever a user tries to change his or her account information on the forums it says "Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form." I've looked through the profile.php, and I think it is coming from there but I am not sure. I am not too savvy in php, or nuke for that matter, but some help would be great.

Make sure the cookie settings in your Forums Configuration are correct

Its happening in my board too, but only with a specifc user. Must be a problem on his side.

Either it is a cookies misconfig (global errors), a single browser error (cookies beeing blocked) or the user has ISP conection problems (reconnects).
