I have a new installation of 7.9
In topics manager, it says to modify-click on topic.
Topics are not clickable. I now have 5 of the same topic.

I have the same problem, and cannot even edit my own articles, not as admin, not as a member. I'm sure there's a solution somewhere, I'll just keep perusing this board for it!
