zonecopper Visual Confirmation after BBtoNuke 2.0.22

I have just updated my phpnuke 7.8 to bbtonuke v2.0.22 (from 2.0.15) to get use of the visual confirmation on the forum new user reg page.

I now have the option to enable the visual confirmation image in the forum config page but when i go to register a new account, nothing appears. If i fill in the form and click submit it says Invalid code entered, so it is activated, i just can't see it! (This is the phpbb new user form not the phpnuke new user form)

I have spent hours on it and found that the theme does not support it and needs some code added but I have no idea what and to which file.

I have managed to default the theme back to the original by removing a particular file, it displayed then but with the dead picture 'x' where the code should be.

On my hours of google searching I came across a few websites that use zonecopper and have this confirmation code working!

I also had an SQL missing table to start with as well but when i created the table it went away.

What do I do to the zonecopper theme to enable visual confirmation?
