I'm planning to lunch a chatroom in my website,it should be integrated with my phpnuke cms,usually there are 20-30 members on my website,I want offer them a chatroom that they can communicated with each other.
Any suggestions?

As far as I know, I konw several different chat software which can be integrated in to nuke with their own strong spoints and disadvantages, here are my advices, to choose which one, it is totally depend on u:
Flashchat

Advantages:
cheap; server side written by php which can be supported by normal server instead of separated server; easy to install
Disadvantages:
response slowly and its server cripples every time when there are over 20 users.
Flashcoms

Advantages:
professional design & various functions
Disadvantages:
response slowly, server based tatolly by flash communication server which takes huge resource; cant afford many people online in the same time.
Userplane:

Actually the only difference betweent userplane and flashcoms is their price I think, but they are all not that inexpensive with the initiate price of about $300.
123flashchat

Advantages:
professional design & various functions; server side developed with java, much less resource consumed; able to handle thousands of user at the same; affordable price initiates at $99
Disadvantages:
The interface of 123flashchat is not as luxuriant userplane or flashcoms.

Flashchat is really too slow. And both flashcoms and userplane needs the support of FMS, which is too expensive.
123flashchat, www.123flashchat.com is the best choice, I think. It has it's own java server. And you can create you own UI.The price is comparatively very low. It's the best Actually, I'm using it now. Cheers.
