Module installations needed

Hey guys/gals,

I am creating a new phpnuke site, and I need a few modules installed that are giving me a hard time.

I need a good events calendar module that members can add events too that admin can approve. I don't even care if they can add events without admin approval, but registered members must be able to add events.

I need a good classified adds module also that admin can add categories to and registered members can post classifieds to.

I also would like to have that HTTP Video Streaming module installed.
Maybe can even think of a few more?

There are a couple of standard-fare mods that could handle these.
