ok the theme i have didnt come with a customised forum to match the theme how can i do this myself.

Or, if you prefer, you could try looking at the other themes you have installed and what files they have for the forums, then just take their code and mess about with it a little (make sure you have customised pictures for the forum). Change the colours, do whatever and it should work fine.
