Hey guys I just got Nuke8.0 installed total wipe and fresh start on database and nuke with forums pre-installed.

It worked perfect yesterday It tested fine in IE6 IE7 and Firefox, now out of blue no-one in my user-group can access forums because IE says we not connected to internet!!! The Site works Perfect in IE6 and Firefox even at same time that it doesn't in IE7 this seems to be an across the board problem i did troubleshooting to see if it was the fishing filter or something else with security but it seems beyond my control.

So i figure it must be happening to everyone by now..

Again it is only a issue with forums.

Has anyone had this problem and been able to resolve it?

Please help.

Ok after i patched it now the mainpage doesnt work in Ie7 either!!!

This only was a problem with forums now its the whole site.

Is this a known issue that it works one day then without changing anything at all it doesn't work on any IE7 at all the next day?

Look i know this FB guy is a blatant extortonist but it was working the day i installed it (still works today in all browsers except IE7). Do you think it was hacked so that it would only break in ie7 within one day?

Im think ing that the Themes might be to blame now that the site has been patched i tried to change themes and the main page worked for a second then everything was busted only ExtraLite seems to work even halfway decent. Just now wwhole site still doesnt work in Ie7.

I can't say how many bugs are in 8.0, even with the Patched files. I suggest a more stable version - 7.6 + latest Patched files + Sentinel
Or for a more integrated solution, RavenNuke from http://www.ravenphpscripts.com

New info just discovered it!!!

The website does function in IE7 but only after i click in the address bar and press enter after each failed move from page to page!

That is uber anoying.

this might help also URL of site in question http://www.monstersls.com

I thought i read something about this in another topic can you guys recall anything related to this issue?

Again only a problem in IE7. someone said it could be a corrupt character in the <doctype tag or something.
