i found out today that my website was hacked. i noticed that i can not login to the admin area. all the blocks on the side are gone. it appears as if only the footer was tampered with and the index file but i cant find anything odd in the code. im looking for ideas and/or help with resolving the issue.

okay i went into phpmyadmin and cleared out foot1, foot2, and foot3 in nuke_config. that fixed part of the problem, but part of the hackers message is still there and i still cant log into the admin area.

okay i got it all figured out. i just dropped nuke_authors and re-imported it from a backup i made recently. now all that is left to do is get my blocks back.
i still have to say thanks though. i figured out how to fix it just from browsing around for a bit through the forums.

Take a look at the nuke_blocks table with phpMyAdmin. because maybe the hackers have done something with it. Recently, someone here were hacked that way.

he just cleared them all out, didnt delete them or anything. i just had to go through the "Add a new block" process over again and organize them. I'm just happy it wasn't anything major. thanks for the input though.
By the way, the normal way is to empty the nuke_authors table with phpMyAdmin and then access admin.php and create a new GOD account. I have had to do this several times after hacking attempts.
